Today was all about growth — as a team and as a company. We spent time covering the important things that keep us strong and moving forward: employee handbook updates, insurance protocols, safety reminders, and company procedures… but we made sure to have some fun along the way too!
From team activities and hands-on challenges to laughter around the table, it was a great reminder that learning and connection go hand in hand. We’re thankful for a crew that works hard, shows up for each other, and continues to grow together year after year.
