It’s amazing that with just a few ingredients you can absolutely transform an area. Soil, pine straw, two plant species, boulders and some river rounds. This was a tough area. It had a pretty steep and shady slope with erosion problem. The camellias and liriope are shade lovers and should help hold the soil in place as their root systems mature. The pine straw will help prevent weeds and also aid in holding moisture next to the soil while still letting water run through it since it’s on a slope. #landscaping #justmystylelandscapes #plants #landscapeideas #ideas #enjoy #beauty #natural ... Nothing too fancy this time. Just some turf stone filled with #78 stone framed by some fresh pine straw. The view that you get from the swing however, can’t really be beat around here. Just a nice peaceful farm pond scene to enjoy in the evenings.
