Fertilizing is an important lawn care practice, as it influences grass color, ability to recover from stress, and helps prevent weed invasions and disease. A fertilizer program is by far the most beneficial service that you can do for your lawn.
We only use high quality fertilizers and emergents on our properties. The lawn will be scouted for weeds, insects and disease at each service.
We offer many programs for all types of lawns; cool season lawns such as Fescue, and warm season lawns such as Bermuda, Zoysia & Centipede.
We recommend having your lawn aerated once a year in either the fall or spring depending on the type of lawn you have. Aeration is performed by the use of a core aerator. This type of aeration removes cores of soil from the turf in order to relieve soil compaction and allow for greater moisture and nutrient penetration for enhanced root growth of turf.

We offer a lawn disease control program which consists of a broad spectrum fungicide application in the months of June - August. This application is recommended for the control of such lawn diseases as Brown Patch and Brown Spot that tend to develop during the warm humid summer months in heavily irrigated lawns.
